#WaltCrew Voices

A New Chapter for the #WaltCrew

Mei Antonio

Since joining Walt & Company in 2008, this incredible team has become like a second family, and our office has truly felt like a second home. Over the years, this “home” has undergone many transformations, each one marking a new chapter in our journey together.

When I started, our workspace reflected a traditional format: executives in offices and team members in individual cubicles.

Then in 2017, we reimagined the space, tearing down walls to embrace a modern, open-concept design with collaborative workstations and additional meeting rooms.

The pandemic in 2020 brought yet another shift, as we adapted to working remotely.

Now, in 2024, we’ve moved into a brand-new home in downtown Campbell to support our hybrid culture of working remote + weekly in-office days. Although the space is smaller, it has a cozy, inviting atmosphere that I love. Plus, being surrounded by local shops and restaurants within walking distance has been a wonderful bonus—supporting our community is something we’re passionate about.

From Bascom Avenue to Orchard City Drive

Through all these changes, one thing has remained constant: the unwavering dedication, work ethic, and resilience of the #WaltCrew.

Change can feel daunting, but it’s the incredible people I work with who make every transition not just manageable, but exciting. They are the reason I love my job, and I’m thrilled to see what the future holds for us in this next chapter. Contact us if you need help with achieving your 2025 communications goals.
